Our production sites’s location ensures the best proximity for our distribution points. All production sites are constructed on the basis of modern building materials.

Production lines are designed in a way to be regularly upgraded within the latest technologies. We assure by ourselves transportation of raw materials for bottles manufacturing. This avoids all risks of pollution related to the transportation in bulk. The bottles in PET and PVC are manufactured on the spot, by our production sites. These two technologies are completely different and require specially adapted equipment.

Automatically operated for safety purposes production chains are equipped with a cleaning system (NEP). To guarantee the best hygienic conditions, the personnel is supplied with single-use protective clothes. The system of bottles’ transfer is consigned in a way to guarantee an irreproachable presentation of the products.

Each manufacturing unit has an analysis laboratory. There, various bacteriological and physicochemical control tests are carried out daily by highly qualified technicians. Thus, they guarantee a manufacturing process under highly controlled conditions of absolute hygiene.

The bacteriological control is organised on a constant basis. A strictly followed analysis program makes it possible to control with precision and in a full safety the quality of the bottled products. The laboratory exercises frequent and thorough controls supplemented by the self-checking’s procedures, regularly carried out by the personnel of the production sites.
